How does a franchise print portal work?
Each franchisee gets a login to a portal loaded with your templates. They add their location details, place the order, and we print and deliver it. Head office can see every order across the network.
Can franchisees change the templates?
Only the parts you choose, such as address, phone number, opening hours or offers. Logos, fonts and colours stay locked to your brand.
Who pays, the franchisee or head office?
Either. Each franchisee can pay for their own orders by card or on account, or head office can be billed centrally. We set it up the way your network works.
Can we set print budgets for each franchisee?
Yes. You can set an overall budget for the network and a budget for each location, and every order is saved so franchisees can reorder in a few clicks.
Can head office approve orders before they are printed?
Yes, if you want to. You can switch on artwork approvals, order approvals, or both.
